EMERSON LITTLEFIELD, the son of Davis and Maria (Huston) Littlefield [they were
marr 11 Jan 1835 - Kenn. VR], was born in Kennebunk, Maine in 1839. He died there on
Christmas Day, 1905 from pneumonia, aged 66 yrs,6 mos,10 das [ME VR], and was
buried in Pine Grove Cemetery in Kennebunk [YCCI, p795].
In March 1870 [census rec] he was married to LUCY A ROBERTS, the daughter of William and Lydia (Gordon) Roberts. She was born in Dayton, Maine on 7 Oct 1839, and died on 6 Jan 1899 in Kennebunk at age 59. She is buried with Emerson in Pine Grove.
According to the 1870 Kennebunk census, Emerson was a teamster, and was a farmer by 1900.
I have not found any children of this couple.
