The survivors of the 27th Maine Regiment have a reunion at North Berwick to-day.
Portsmouth Daily Chronicle, dated Monday, 30 Aug:
157 veterans of the 27th Maine volunteers attended the reunion of the survivors at North Berwick on Friday, 27 Aug, included 14 from Kittery, one of whom was Capt "Rashe" Trefethen of the steamer Mystic. The next reunion will be held at Buxton Centre on Saturday, 27 Aug, 1887.
