The 27th Maine Regimental Association

Springvale Advocate, Friday 2 Sept 1921:
39th annual reunion, at North Kennebunkport Farmers Club Hall, last Saturday August 27th.
There are about 100 members of the regiment alive, 18 of whom were present. There were also numerous comrades of other regiments, who with friends and families of the veterans made a goodly company.
At the business meeting, following elected:
President: S H Garvin, Springvale
V.P.: William W Keay, Melrose, MA
Secretary + Treasurer: Joseph H Dixon, Eliot
Exec Comm: Frank J Seavey, Saco; Walter Gowen, Biddeford; J H Dixon, South Eliot
Next reunion will be held in same place, 26 August 1922 (was actually held on Tuesday the 29th, as the 27th fell on a Sunday)
