He died on 23 Sept 1911, in Johnstown, PA [PA Death Rec], and was buried in Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown [death rec; Find A Grave].
He was married, on 21 Nov 1861 in Ebensburg, Cambria, PA [PA, Church and Town Recs 1708-1985], to ELIZABETH ROBERTS, the daughter of Robert and Mary (Thomas) Roberts [PA Death Rec]. She was born in Blairsville, PA on 24 Jan 1835 [grave; 1900 census], and died 10 Sept 1911 in Johnstown, PA [death rec]. She is buried in the Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown.
